Customer Service was honest and professional, even the mechanic spent time explaining the repair needed and extended the advise to other repairs we could do ourselves. Great experience. So grateful for this service, the ease and convenience of it and how helpful Natalie and Brent were! Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. One of the best car shops I've been to! My Jeep Liberty was having issues and we brought it to FOUR different mechanics for repairs- each giving a different diagnosis and solution. After 2 years and about $3000 in repairs, the problem was still not fixed. In January we brought it to J Medic, they made a few repairs and the problem was FIXED! Not only were they able to solve the mystery of my Jeep, but the staff there is amazing; friendly, accommodating and responsive! The price was fair as well. It is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days... now I use J Medic for all of my vehicle repairs- breaks, oil change, inspections, etc. -Jackie Hoffman
