I brought my 2014 CTS-V which I had purchased from them in for service. I had it towed down because of a horrible squealing and shaking coming from the rear of the car. I got down there to pick up a loaner car while they looked at my car and noticed my car being pulled into the service area. After standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out where I needed to go I finally asked the guy that drove my car in and he told me I needed to talk to Chris in a rude manner and walked away. Now I'm standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out who Chris is. A guy named Al walked out of the service bay and I asked him where to go and he said follow me and walked in the office area and immediately got on the phone. So now I'm standing awkwardly in the office not knowing what to do. Finally the infamous Chris shows up and I tell him my name and my car and he immediately tells me it's my aftermarket exhaust causing the problem. I had to argue with him that it wasn't the exhaust and show him the video I took of the sounds it was making and he still stuck with the exhaust being the problem then he sent me to another service manager, I have no idea who he is because he never introduced himself. Here's the main issue I have, when I called and set up the service I told them that the shaking and squealing didn't start until 60-70mph. I get in the car to take the new guy for a ride and let him hear the sounds and I notice the odometer is only 1 mile more than when I had it towed. Somehow this service dept. was able to diagnosis my problem that only happens at 60-70 mph with out even driving it. The new guy and I take the car down the road and sure enough 60 mph squealing and shaking starts and his first words are, "yea that's the exhaust". I would like someone to explain to me how an exhaust makes the same squealing sound a rock in your brake caliper sounds because that's the exact sound it makes. When we got back they pretty much just wrote me off and never offered to fix anything. He said they could readjust the exhaust and see if they fixed it but it wasn't under warranty, ok well if that is the problem you are so positive it is then fix it and give me an estimate of how much it's going to cost. None of that happened, I was never offered a solution other than take it home put the stock exhaust back on it and then bring it back so they can look at it. They are supposed to be mechanics which means they are supposed to fix the issue not assume what it is and tell the customer to get lost. I don't know if it's because I'm a female and they thought they could tell me some nonsense and I would believe it or what but my husband who is a mechanic was standing there telling them it's not the exhaust and this guy that probably never had grease on his hands a day in his life was telling him he was wrong. This was the worst customer service I have ever had, I left in tears because I was so upset. I bought a $50k car from these people and they treated me like I was a liar and a fraud. I even waited two days for roadside service to tow my car to their place because I had such a good experience with the sales team. I wanted to be loyal, I could have taken it to the closest Cadillac place in town to have them work on it and in hindsight I really wish I had. I will never go back to this place and they will never see a dime of my money again. If you are female and go to the service dept. be weary and don't let them treat you like less than a person because they think they can spit out some information and have you believe it. The entire time I was there no one ever greeted me or asked me if they could help and that's basic customer service, if you hate your job as much as it seems maybe customer service isn't your forte. P.S. I went home moved the exhaust around and put rubber hose on all the metal that could possibly touch metal and drove it to work this morning hearing the same noise.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

They moved to Mooresville Nc. This is the second rebuild I have took to them. They have great service and they keep u informed on everything.

This is the worst business that I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with City Chevrolet on 2 occasions. My first occasion was 4 years ago my car got broken into in the gated lot and everything was stolen there wasn’t police report made or anything and the manager there basically repaired it and gave me hush money and not to contact law enforcement. I again had my car towed there because it was conveniently located after my accident. I had constantly called them and they would rarely return my calls for about 4 weeks. I actually just had to pop up at the center and asked to see what has been done to my car. I was taken back there and it was just sitting there no work being done or anything and it had already been about 4 weeks. I had to contact management and my insurance liaison to get on them to get my vehicle done in a timely manner. I then received my car back a week and a half after that. I immediately noticed that my car still had issues and contacted City again that my car was still damaged. I left voicemail after voicemail and no returned call. I had to physically go up there and demand them to look at my car. I get a call and they tell my car was involved in another accident and my car bottomed out and their proof (which was them taken some pliers or something and bending out the metal) I’m no car expert but I know how my car looks and how it operates. I then contacted my liaison once again and then they change their story saying it was a faulty tire. My paint job sucked (paint didn’t match and paint streaks), my door rubbing against my fender, the ride was rough, the bumper wasn’t even connected properly. So I just got feed up and took my car to another collision specialist and he looked at it and noticed issues immediately and was wondering why City Chevrolet didn’t notice and there were numerous issues with my repairs.
