I've been going to Chapel Hill Tire for 35 + years, and have always had absolutely fantastic service. I know that the professionals at CHT always give me the best advice for my wallet, not their own. I literally chose to sell one vehicle and purchase another based on their insight and experience. Their honesty has saved me huge amounts of money over the years. Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. Very happy with the friendly service I get every time I come in for oil changes,and repairs. They are very good about letting you what else your car may need and they are honest.

Took car in for oil change. Driving out car stalled in highway and check engine light came on. Went back and let them know exactly what happened. "This couldnt be us sir. Just bad timing." Never had any car issue of any kind. Dealer removed the peice of leave they got stuck in my throttle for $200 when jiffy lube was taking out my filters to show me and let me know that in their opinion they should be replaced. I will going to better business bureau, small claims court and posting email to distribution list for 10000 employee company I work for to make sure EVERYONE knows how happy I am with this level of service. Everyone can make a mistake but for Pep boys to NOT BOTHER TO CHECK when I returned with the vehicle is beyond comprehension.

Visited for car annual inspection and tire rotation, they did it quickly and examine my car steering lean issue according to my description, no issues were found with steering, but when I drive the car back home, the problem seems to be disappeared after tire rotation. Fantastic job done, guys! They really know cars! Will definitely come back later.

Awful. They refused to honor a competitor's coupon (like their webite stated they ould) for $10. They said I needed items that I definately did not need. Very unprofessional. I will never go there again!!!

Went for an oil change, they claimed my Power Steering fluid was leaking and needed a 325 dollar repair. I had it checked out at my own mechanic and he said there was no leak and that someone poured some type of fluid on the pipe to probably make it look wet. 0$ repair needed. Escaped another lying mechanic shop trying to take advantage of people. WIll never go back there.
