Brake repair service near Mount Ulla, NC

I called to find out about getting repairs done to my car(1983 mercedes tdt) but they don't do those types. Without hesitation the lady not only recommended two other places but gave me their phone numbers. It's very rare in this day and time for that to happen.

had Tahoe aligned in high point twice. Thomasville once, still bad driving. tried Perrymans in Lexington, found front end had not been aligned as spacers were still in place. once perrymans aligned my tahoe it drove like a dream. driving for several months and still good. thank you guys! gerald flinchum

We were on vacation and were from another state. AAA towed our van to this garage over the weekend to get repaired. Once they opened Monday morning we talked to Jamie and within 21/2 hours they had fixed the issue and charged us a very reasonable price and had us back on our way to the beach for our vacation. I would recommend this garage to anyone who has issues. Very clean facility and very friendly, wonderful, competent mechanics. I give Erlanger Auto Care and their mechanics 5 stars and A+ rating! This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

This service center used to be one that you could depend on having dependable repairs for a moderate cost, NOT ANY MORE! The owner has gotten extremely greedy with mark up of parts and his labor prices! I recently had a vehicle in their shop for a water pump replacement. After getting a fairly reasonable estimate, and oking the work, once they start they call with excuses they had ordered the wrong pump, new pump will be $45 more. Not much you can do once they started the work, but if that wasn't bad enough, they then decide to tell you that the serpentine belt needs replacing too, which still is no big deal till they charge $95 for a belt that you can buy at NAPA for $24 retail or another auto parts store for $19. Considering they get their parts at wholesale prices which should be at least 30% discount they profit almost 500%on markup of a belt that jumped in value from $17.50 wholesale to $95, and then they try to convince you that it is a good deal because they didn't charge labor when they had to take off and reinstall belt anyway for water pump replacement! The owner has turned greedy, money hungry, and price gouges. A water pump and belt replacement should never cost over $300 yet this repair was almost double that! I had been a customer for over 10 years, but I will not be back to be robbed by these crooks again! A word of advice , take your repairs to a shop that doesn't price gouge their customers!

The worst experience of my life. The company kept charging me diagnostic fees for the same problem that never got fix. I would not recommend coming here ever again
