DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTED HERE!!! I recently brought my 01 Jeep Wrangler in to have it inspected and they failed me because of a leaking power steering gear box and a leak in my exhaust. That was alright with me, seeing as these are important. So I brought it home and instead of fixing the issues, I just went out and bought a new PS Gear box, and a brand new exhaust (full exhaust including CAT, Muffler, etc.). I also installed both of those myself within 2 days. So I bring it back to Poulin within the X number of days and sure enough, they failed me AGAIN! They said I still had a leak in my exhaust, even though I replaced the whole thing. So I called him out and said to show me the leak, that's when he changed his story and said you could hear it but not see it. Keeping in mind, that he still couldn't point it out. Anyway, I brought it to a shop in downtown Rochester the same day, and they said it had passed WITH FLYING COLORS! No issues. This Poulin shop is clearly scamming its customers and failing us on purpose to have us pay them to service these false issues. ONCE AGAIN, I URGE YOU NOT TO BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.

I never thought the ball joints would come out. They were "married" and extremely rusted, Tim's confidence assured me my vehicle was in the right hands. He worked his magic, and my front end is as tight and smooth as new. A+

After years using dealerships for service and being unhappy my mother and I switched to Weeds. Everyone is nice and extremely helpful. They take the time to explain what they did and why. The shop is spotless too. I would recommend anyone and everyone to Weeds. Great job guys keep it up.

Very professional and great service, Jim has gotten my vehicles right in every time I have needed service, his mechanic "Devin" is very Knowledgeable and capable of even the most difficult mechanical issue. I'm very satisfied with the work they have done for me and highly recommend them for honesty and integrity. I intend to continue bringing my vehicles to Family Car Care whenever I need Preventative maintenance or regular service.

Went in to have a state inspection done. Was told I needed a new rear tire because there was a bulge in it, so the car failed inspection. I couldn't get it done that day and had to come back. Paid $40 for the inspection up front. Returned two weeks later had original tire replaced but they tell me now I need to replace the other rear tire because it has a bulge in it now. So yet again the car fails. I can't afford another tire that day and set up another appointment for the following Saturday. Come back and have 2nd tire done. This time I'm told that because the brake light cover on the hatch of my Rondo I am being failed a 3rd time. The cover has been broken for 5 years (which does include the previous 2 visits to their service department)!!!! I used to go to Bonneville & Sons Kia dealership for my inspections and they never said anything about it!! So they expect me to come back a 4th time. Not to mention on the 3rd visit they charged me another $20 for another inspection. Not only are they scam artists but incompetent also well!
