Volkswagen service near Derry, NH

My husband brought a van there to get repainted over 3 weeks ago and we were told the job would take about 4 weeks. Over the 3 weeks not much was getting done so my husband offered to help them at night, which I thought was crazy since we are paying them. He helped out two nights and then he thought that they were actually going to really start working on it so he stopped going. Yesterday he went by to see how it was going and the owner (the son) freaked out on him, insulted him personally and called the van a "rust bucket". My husband was questioning why not much had been done yet. He told him to get the van out because he didn't want the job any more after having it for 3 weeks so my husband had no choice and wanted to avoid a fight since the guy seemed unstable. He took it to two other autobody places today and they all said that Best Autobody ruined the van and it would cost almost $10000 to fix it properly so that it doesn't rust through the new paint job!!!!! Did a repair for me. Honest pricing. No nonsense. Was quoted $220 for a repair by another shop. Paige's quoted half the repair time of the first shop. They fixed it for 60% of the first shop's quote and used premium parts also. They are truly in the repair business not the fleece the public business like some shops.

Quick and efficient! Great prices! I came in for a state inspection sticker and Jack pointed out that I was in need of an oil change (I forgot to get it and according to the sticker it was miles over due). I'll be in next week Thanks Jack! Top notch service, highly recommended! -Marylee

I highly recommend this place! I had an accident and front wheels alignment was not okay. The previous garage named as "certified" by insurance company, did not manage to fix ... took 1.5 months, a lot of money, frustration and wasted time. Then I went to the European Motorsport garage and their service is really amazing! All was fixed immediately and double checked with the highest quality. This place USED TO be awesome. I was a loyal customer for almost 3 years but ever since Tony left I wouldn't trust these guys with my kids ten speed. A couple iffy jobs I could forgive but beyond that, my brakes were 'fixed' yet they failed 5 miles after leaving the shop. Was told he drove it around for an hour and thought it was fine. Yet low and behold, I went flying through an intersection at RT 114 and was close to getting creamed by a Mack truck. When questioned about the work they did, their story changed to 3 guys drove it around for a couple days. So either they are too incompetent to know when the brakes aren't working properly or they're lying. Either way, If you want reliable service look elsewhere. Seriously, like anywhere else...at all.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PICKED MY SUV UP AND THERE WAS BIRD POO ON IT, DIRT ON THE ROCKER, THE RIMS WERE FILTHY, DUST ON THE BACK SEATS. I'M PRETTY SURE THEY SCRATCHED THE EXTERIOR. THERE IS NO WAY THEY WAXED IT AS ADVERTISED, NO WAY THEY CONDITIONED THE LEATHER OR ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE. AS I WAS DRIVING BACK TO WORK I NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WASN'T PROPERLY WASHED. THEY CHANGED MY RADIO STATIONS, MOVED MY SEAT, WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY TRUCK WHILE THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY DETAILING IT. MY EXPECTATION WAS TO PICK UP A SHINY SPARKLING TRUCK, NOT SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN RUN THROUGH HAFFNERS AND A QUICK VACUUM. WHAT A RIP-OFF. GROUPON REFUNDED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Had problems with previous shops. Car always pulled after alignment. After visiting Atech the problem no longer exists. Very pleased! Super clean shop, very professional!

found this shop doing some online research. Small family run shop with attention to detail and very nice mechanic George. After visiting a few shops in wilmington that had mechanics who didnt seem like they cared about the customer, i found georges shop. Great guy, great work, fair prices!!
