I went to a well known auto repair center to fix a broken air conditioner in my rather old car. They replaced the compressor for $900.00 but could not get it to work. I was stuck with a big bill and no AC. I went to Rochester Radiator, they looked at it, gave me an estimate and it works GREAT! Thank you guys, the thought of summer without AC was terrifying to me! Julie Hobbs and her father are by far the nastiest people I have ever had the misfortune to meet. They sell junk auction cars at ridicules prices and then become accusatory and down right rude when they are expected to do repairs. The first issue was preventing us from getting a sticker,that forced them make repairs. Their mechanic is quite efficient and pleasant, he really needs to leave there before he is tainted by their fraud. If you are willing to pay for major repairs yourself, as many other posters have I am sure you will get a great car. I personally had transmission problems, a broken frame, engine skipping, and power loss with in weeks of purchase. I then got yelled at and abused by them when I wanted repairs. Stay away for Hobbs.

It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. The next day they gave us their assessment ... and it would cost over $4000.00 just to get it running so they could figure out what else might be wrong. On a previous trip were introduced to Custom Car Care, by our son who lives in New Hampshire, and had received excellent care. We decided to have the truck towed there. I cannot say enough to fully convey the scope of professional, knowledgeable and excellent care we received. While the problem was NOT what Ford said Custom Car Care would have done that repair for half the cost we'd been quoted. They worked tirelessly to find the unusual and tricky problem, even late into the night to get us back on the road! We are so grateful for Joe and his team, would highly recommend CCC to anyone in need and have nothing but positive reviews about every aspect of our experience.
