Ac and heating repair service near Wolfeboro, NH

Very disreputable business, in my experience. Refused to give me the VIR after my car failed inspection so I could see what needed to be repaired in order to pass. Mike stated to me that the state computers were down when I went in for the third time to pick up the VIR. I called the DMV right after leaving the shop and was informed that the computers were NOT down. They told me I needed to have certain things fixed before they could put a sticker on it, but found out after taking my car to another mechanic that they were trying to have parts replaced that didn't need replacing. They broke the knob that releases the hood and failed to tell me. I found out later that day when I took the car to another mechanic that it was missing. It had been there earlier that day because I'd had to have a new battery put in before I brought it to Autocare plus. I am filing a complaint with the DMV and with BBB. It seems, judging by a few of the reviews I've read, that I'm not the only one to have had this kind of bad experience with them. They advertise "honesty, reliability and good customer service" but they are everything BUT that!

All I can say is Totally The Best! Car inspection completed with a few minor fixes all the same day! I will definately adopt them for all current and future car needs. Thankyou Guys!

I went to a well known auto repair center to fix a broken air conditioner in my rather old car. They replaced the compressor for $900.00 but could not get it to work. I was stuck with a big bill and no AC. I went to Rochester Radiator, they looked at it, gave me an estimate and it works GREAT! Thank you guys, the thought of summer without AC was terrifying to me! Dan was very nice and friendly. The nice part is, He gives you options when doing a repair. He is very good on price and quality and the service is fast. Nice to find a mechanic that is trustworthy.
