You will not find a better nor a man of higher integrity than the man that runs this shop, Tibor. It has taken me years to find a guy like this and I travel 50 miles to get my service done by him. A former master mechanic at a large Toyota dealership I dread the day he retires. he is honest - keeps his appointments is thorough in his evaluation and prompt in his service. I recommend appointments but if your in trouble he will go out of his way to help you.

Been doing business with Charlie for many years now and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. Prices are good too. He does everything on myt P/U truck and my Hybrid.

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Workers have bad attitudes! Always on the phones texting or updating social media profiles looking spaced out. Waited at the counter for 25 minutes before I was acknowledged, I walked away and glad I did after reading all the comments and reviews!!!

After cleaning my 1954 Chevy Pickup I was driving to get gas so I could meet the wishes of a bride to be her limo ride Saturday May 26 from the Church to the reception. My 3 speed manual transmission would not work and I was stopped in the middle of Rt 202 in Flemington. Lucky for me Dave's Towing flatbed was at the light so he made a u turn and picked me up and took me to American Auto Care. I jumped out and told Fred and Scott that I had a wedding and could they check and see if they could get me running again. They diagnosed the failure in 1 minute and went to work and Matt jumped in and the 4 of them took part of my transmission apart, spot welded a couple of broken retainer rings and rebuilt the 1st and 2nd gear assembly. In 2 hours they called and said "your truck is ready to go" and sure ennough it was running again. I was able to make the bride happy when I called and told her that my first call about not getting to the Church is cancelled and I will be there to drive her and her groom. This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.
