The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place. TO COMPLAIN ABOUT REDOING OR CORRECTING THE CHIPS OR PEELING PAINT IS POINTLESS... I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO TAKE THE CHANCE WITH STAR AUTO MECHANIC/BIG STAR AUTO(SAME COMPANY, SAME PROBLEMS, SAME TERRIBLE WORK)IF YOU RELY ON YOUR CAR OR IF YOU WANT THE WORK DONE PROPERLY AND EFFICIENTLY...
