I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Charged for general inspection.Said he found nothing wrong and had to open up the transmission to see what was wrong.Cost,$500 more.Lied about when he would start the work and how long it would take.Was very rude and demeaning.Wish I did more research before going there.Would not recomend him to my worst enemy.

Do not use this mechanic. I went in to replace my brakes. When I picked up my car they charged me $85 more than the quote. A week later I had to bring it back as the brakes were still low. They tried to charge me additional money to re do the repairs. The mechanic was rude and was angry that I brought my car back. Once he saw the shield in my car he calmed down and said he would fix it I left and went to another mechanic and was informed that they did not replace the parts they just cut them and used cheap pads. They are not in the business to service customers They are in the business to ....... ......
