Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Charged for general inspection.Said he found nothing wrong and had to open up the transmission to see what was wrong.Cost,$500 more.Lied about when he would start the work and how long it would take.Was very rude and demeaning.Wish I did more research before going there.Would not recomend him to my worst enemy.
