I went to get my Carwash like I do each Saturday so after I left I realized that the right side of my car wasn't done properly and soap was still on the car. The rims were still dirty and I was like really? So j called to let them know about it and no one answered so I went back the Monday and explained to the manager he was quite rude and let me know my car was clean and he was like well whatever, mind you I have a white car so if it's dirty you will know. So I put the car back through the wash and he said oh I don't care if your car was dirty the first time you have to pay to put it back through. Never again would I ever go back there the service sucks and management has no customer service skills. rude and disgusting people!

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. I usually go here for the basic $24 car wash and they always do a solid job. I came in today to “splurge” and do the deep clean. The guy convinced me into the $65 insisting I’ll love it. I’m still seeing crumbs, whatever solution they were spraying wasn’t fully wiped down - there are visible residue spots EVERYWHERE that I’m going to have to wipe down with a damp cloth when I’m home. I called back since I only noticed when I took a better look while driving. The receptionist was RUDE and I just don’t understand how I was just conned out of $70. *I had a gift card that I forgot had fell under my driver seat earlier today and it’s gone. Dishonest and rude all around.
