A former master mechanic at a large Toyota dealership I dread the day he retires. he is honest - keeps his appointments is thorough in his evaluation and prompt in his service. I recommend appointments but if your in trouble he will go out of his way to help you.

Great customer service... Broke down on the Turnpike, limped off exit 12. As soon as I got off i saw an AAMCO sign across the street. I stopped in at 4:30 in a panic. They checked the car and told me I needed a water pump. They ordered the parts and stayed 90 minutes past closing to wait for the parts and get me on the road.
