Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. My temp tag ran out on 4/26/21 and the check engine light came on last week. I am trying to get a extension on the temp tag because I have to get it transferred to Maryland where I live. I do not know how to go about getting another temp tag or a extension until I can get this fixed and get into the mva also.

Service was prompt and great price. What I appreciated most was that they did not try to upsell me on extra unnecessary parts. I had been going to Jiffy Lube which is similar price but they ALWAYS get you before you leave saying your brakes need changing when they are fine or last time they tried to get me for $250 saying I need a new cabin filter which is crap?! R&M is a small shop, but they get what you need done and honest about it.
