Collision repair service near Delran, NJ

Had a 1980 Eldorado "repaired" by these hacks in late May of 2014. Gaspar was hired by a 3rd party to repair a rotted pillar. The sale of the vehicle was contingent on the repair being performed. Gaspar auto body either completely mis diagnosed the issue with the vehicle, as rust bubbles has re-appeared only 7 weeks later, or, they conspired with the seller of the car to keep the cost down for him. Which makes him incompetent or dishonest , either way, avoid these butchers at all costs. Before you even think about hiring this body shop, email me at pnz1113@yahoo.com. My family and I have been taking our car there for over 20 years. The owner, Randy, is the best. His prices are a little more expensive than other places, but he always gets to the root of the problem and he is trustworthy. Routinely, he tells us when we can wait to get a service done or if we don't need to do it at all. In the end, this saved us a ton of money.

I want to say first this Shop was so friendly and helpful. I had got in car accident on Sunday. Called them Monday morning and my guy who I deal with, was out sick, so the Girl at the front desk, Cat got my car over to their shop right away! I even had the wrong phone number! I call the fax machine & Cat knew to call me back... Anyway, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and easy! They even dealt with my insurance company! They are currently under review by the better business bureau for rushing a drunk drivers car off of the street before police could arive. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! This isn't a business it's a ghetto playhouse.

MY CAR WAS TOWED HERE ON 4TH OF JULY IT WAS PARKED AND HIT. THIS SHOP HELD MY VEHICLE UNTIL THE LAST WEEK OF AUGUST. THEN THE REPAIRS WERE NOT COMPLETE THEY DIDN'T REPAIR AS PROMISED AND WHEN MY HUSBAND CONFRONTED THE MANAGER/OWNER HE WAS DETERMINED NOT TO COMPLETE MY VEHICLE. HE COLLECTED MONEY TO FIX THE DOOR SPEAKER AND KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS ORDERED AND HE NEVER ORDERED IT. HE NEVER ORDERED PARTS WHEN HE GAVE ME THE FIRST PICK UP DATE AND THERE WAS STILL AUTO GLASS IN MY CAR. I AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SEAT HE REPLACED IN MY CAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
