R&M is unreliable and tremendously irresponsible company. I got good experience with the company back in 2008; however, the company was under different management. The individuals that are running the company now should not be trusted with your vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not check their references before I left my car with this company for repairs. I was curious because I first went to G & M on 7/11/11 to get an estimate and I was told not o worry that they will take care of all the insurance insurances errands. I took the car with me until the insurance gave me the O.K. to leave the car with M & G. The managers from R & M called me every single day pushing and stalking me. How naïve I was that I still gave them my business. Please do not trust these people with your car.

My Son highly recommended Laub’s Auto Body. He had his car repaired by Laubs in 2004. My son assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed because they do amazing work. I went down to Laubs and meant with Kevin. He checked the car and agreed to make the repairs. Kevin showed great professionalism and patience throughout the whole process by keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He was on point with everything. His amazing team was efficient and repaired my car as scheduled. If I ever need auto body repairs, I would definitely return to Laubs. They’re a family run business. They’re loyal, trusting and best of all, treat their customers like family. My experience with Laubs was a positive one and most of all, I highly recommend Laubs Auto Body for your repair needs. I am a women and are usually taken advantage by mechanic. Not the case at L&S they gave me great service on time and good workman ship. their prices were better than the competition and they were very patience with me and always had patience with me. I would recommend them very highly.

This is a criminal repair shop. They performed F quality work on fixing my window after my car was broken into. More importantly, they placed ,my exhaust system with an old, rusted, broken system from a much older Toyota Rav 4. My 2010 Rav 4 now has a rusted exhaust system that is broken and makes the car sound horrible. Worse, the engine does not perform as designed. Stay away from these criminals. If you need repair work, make sure you use an in-network provider and make sure to contact the shop on a daily basis, but be aware of every single nut and bolt they touch on your car. I would file a lawsuit if I had the connections to put these criminals behind bars. I am so upset, words don't do justice. The worst part is my gf is 8 months pregnant and is stressing of this. The things some "people" do for money. They all need to be locked up.

Stay away from these guys. They don't stand behind their work. I had problems with the paint 6 months after they did the work and they wanted to charge me again to fix the mess they made. Bad, bad business.
