They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. The service that John and Jen provide is like no other repair place I have ever been to. The family atmosphere is felt the moment you pull into the lot. The work is amazing and done with Honesty and care. The staff explains everything to you down to the last bolt. The office is like the family kitchen with thier dogs there and everybody laughing and relaxed. I took my car into Ideal after getting into an accident. After a year, I began to notice that the places where they repainted were chipping and peeling very badly. Because it’s been a year, they refuse to redo the paint job stating that the damages were caused by my driving! Do not go here no matter what!
