Auto glass repair service near Eatontown, NJ

What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Without a doubt the worst merchant in Red Bank. Avoid at all costs! Customer service is not a term they have ever heard of. After waiting 10 days for a simple storm window replacement, they could not initially find the window, insulted us for their incompetence at losing the window. After we calmly asked if this was how they treated all customers. They used profanity and then ripped the new glass out of the frame, bent the frame and threw it at us. I have never seen anything like! Definitely they need anger management classes. DO NOT GO THERE. I wish I had read the other review first!!! Avoid at all costs!

Used the company once before. Service okay. Today 3/16/2020 had the repair man in to replace a second window. Friendly, not in the least. Asked him if you would like a garbage bag to put under the window. Explained I had glass and epoxy all over my driveway the last time they repaired my window. Did not want broken glass again on driveway. He stated, I don’t want a bag and out he went. When he replaced the window the bottom sill that you use to open and close window was broken. I asked him about it. The man lied right to my face and said it was already broken. I told it was not and he said it was. I used the window yesterday and it worked fine. No broken pieces. He again stated he did not break it. Called the company and they said if the window was old nothing they could do. I said that’s not the point the man lied and was nasty. The office said I could send in pictures. I went out to the driveway found the pieces of broken sill and epoxy all over the driveway. Left a message with the company. Any bets on if I hear back. I am trying to glue the pieces back on. Too bad this company and their service is horrible. I recommend any other company for your window needs.
