Car detailing service near Elmwood Park, NJ

I went to get my Carwash like I do each Saturday so after I left I realized that the right side of my car wasn't done properly and soap was still on the car. The rims were still dirty and I was like really? So j called to let them know about it and no one answered so I went back the Monday and explained to the manager he was quite rude and let me know my car was clean and he was like well whatever, mind you I have a white car so if it's dirty you will know. So I put the car back through the wash and he said oh I don't care if your car was dirty the first time you have to pay to put it back through. Never again would I ever go back there the service sucks and management has no customer service skills. rude and disgusting people!

You would think a hand car wash in this area would take care of the cars they wash, but it absolutely does not. Do not bring your car to this hand car wash unless you want it damaged and the car wash to not take responsibility for it. Our brand new car went in with out a dent or scratch and came out with a deep scratch and dent from the metal nozzle on the power washer they use on the wheels. The owner agreed to pay and we got estimates until his wife got involved and blamed us and refused any help fixing the damage that they did! Will definitely not recommend this car wash or go there again!

My cleaning experience there was so bad , But so bad, they even left dust in the dashboard, console, etc... the vacuum it's terrible...

Poor quality work, even worse service. Scam! My tints lasted 1 year and bubbled up. They charged me to redo the whole car $120. The new tint didn't even last another full year. When I brought It back they wouldn't honor the guarantee and tried to blame me for the way THEY installed It, all while trying to charge me another $120. This place has fallen off to a bunch of scammers. Save you're money and get better quality of work and customer service elsewhere smh.
