The owner MARK’s wife PIERA is the biggest B-tch I have ever met. And when push comes to shove MARK will also show his true colors. I asked for my brand new car to be given replacement parts and was told that “of course it would”. In the end I took it to my mechanic and found out that the parts were repaired even thought the insurance estimate indicated replacement parts and over 30 hours of labor, secondary to replacing vs repairing. Well I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with the DMV. Reilly’s Auto Collision shouldn't get 1 star... DO NOT GO THERE.
