Car detailing service near Irvington, NJ

They did a poor job cleaning my car and damaged it. The employee "in charge" called the owner who informed me that if they had to pay for every car they damaged he would have to charge customers more to clean their cars. He refused to be of any assistance. The car before mine and the car after also had damage and were told the same. I don't know how people like this stay in business.

I usually go here for the basic $24 car wash and they always do a solid job. I came in today to “splurge” and do the deep clean. The guy convinced me into the $65 insisting I’ll love it. I’m still seeing crumbs, whatever solution they were spraying wasn’t fully wiped down - there are visible residue spots EVERYWHERE that I’m going to have to wipe down with a damp cloth when I’m home. I called back since I only noticed when I took a better look while driving. The receptionist was RUDE and I just don’t understand how I was just conned out of $70. *I had a gift card that I forgot had fell under my driver seat earlier today and it’s gone. Dishonest and rude all around.
