Excellent!!!!!!A+++++ Brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for Repair. I was a little apprehensive at first as I was unsure if they were equipped to service such a new vehicle. To my surprise not only were they capable they have a technician there who is Master Certified and was even able to perform a dealer software update. That saved me a full day at the dealer!!!! The manager here comes off a little funny but being knowledgeable about cars myself, I chose to go here after sending my car to another place that claimed to be experts but wanted to charge me for a wrong and unnecessary problem. The mechanics at Independent fixed the actual issues with my car and now it's running very smooth. I found the mechanics to be great. Any negative reviews might be due to irrational costumes who see an old looking independent business and think they can get them to charge under price, then get mad and irrational when they don't. My parents had a housing appliance shop growing up and they'd get the same kind of bs from the locals.

I think Dave at MWW is the most knowledgeable, honest and best gig in the area. No pressure, no up-sells, totally the opposite of most of what I have experienced in the area. Owning a BMW off warranty is never going to be cheap- he keeps the experience enjoyable and manageable. Highly recommend

Do not use this mechanic. I went in to replace my brakes. When I picked up my car they charged me $85 more than the quote. A week later I had to bring it back as the brakes were still low. They tried to charge me additional money to re do the repairs. The mechanic was rude and was angry that I brought my car back. Once he saw the shield in my car he calmed down and said he would fix it I left and went to another mechanic and was informed that they did not replace the parts they just cut them and used cheap pads. They are not in the business to service customers They are in the business to ....... ......

I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other person's insurance. I was recommended to go to Joe's Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joe's Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was awesome, and honestly, I never heard of any other shop doing this. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joe's. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joe's Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future!
