The service that John and Jen provide is like no other repair place I have ever been to. The family atmosphere is felt the moment you pull into the lot. The office is like the family kitchen with thier dogs there and everybody laughing and relaxed. Northfield Collision was by far the most pleasurable experience I have ever had when getting my car repaired ever.

A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Quality body work (I've gotten previous body work done here and have always been impressed with the attention to detail) and exceptional customer service are what you'll get at this shop, no question.

Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!
