What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. Mullaney Tire & Car Care Center This place is super shady owner lied to me about work he did on my car. It was there two weeks and didnt move from spot I left it! He lies and manipulates your time. DO NOT believe positive reviews the owner is rude and lies. DO NOT GO HERE

This is the best mechanic shop I have been to. They are kind, helpful, and reasonable. They always try to fit me in for last minute oil changes and honor my coupons even when I forget to bring them. What you see is what you get, I love that.
