Alternator and starter repair service near Metuchen, NJ

L & J Motors is the only auto repair shop in Jersey that has worked on my Bimmer since bringing it over from California. I'm very picky in regards to who works on my cars, but I find this place--like another reviewer--to be reliable and honest in their services. After my experience here, I would certainly recommend this auto repair shop to other European vehicle owners.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

What an outstanding, ideal, model mechanic and business! After much research and speaking with several mechanics and repair techs, I found Walko Automotive to be the best solution to my bad hybrid battery. Walko Automotive helped replace my 2007 Toyota Prius battery in less than 2 hrs for THE MOST reasonable price. They offered a two year warranty and with their already outstanding business history, Master Tech certifications with hybrid vehicles (and any vehicle really), and a positive, family-oriented atmosphere, they were sure to deliver in every way you would expect the best and most trustworthy mechanic should. A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. Quality body work (I've gotten previous body work done here and have always been impressed with the attention to detail) and exceptional customer service are what you'll get at this shop, no question.

My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

I took my car to this place but I have bad experience, Is a terrible service , parts are a bad quality , he said 3 days and it is really 3 weeks or more. I pick up my car and it became with other problems. He MAKES many excuses.
