Brake repair service near Oakland, NJ

I was looking on yelp for a good mechanic in Ridgewood and came across a recommendation that I was impressed with and decided to give the shop a try. I was so impressed with the cleaniness of the place (they are usually very dirty) and the knowledge the mechanic had, that I felt comfortable leaving my Chevrolet Truck there. I needed an inspection and once I started to explain a strange noise in my truck, Ken, the owner of the shop, told me I needed brakes. I had him do the job. I was happy with the repairs he made. My truck never felt this good. His prices are fair and I am glad to say I will be coming back and recommending him to everyone I know who needs a good mechanic.

Looking for a Mechanic? This IS the shop to bring your car to. They are a 10. From the costumer service to the quick turnover time it was a pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic: professionals who take pride in doing expert repairs at an affordable price. No, I'm not a relative! Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. My insurance company made numerous attempts to contact this person with no success. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I took my car to this place because I had non-working wiper blades. The mechanic did a diagnostic check and claimed that I needed to replace the entire fuse box and that it would cost me $400 plus $95/hr for labor. I suggested that he consider looking into the relay, instead, as the problem but he refused to check if the relay was the actual problem. He continued to put pressure on me to buy the fuse box immediately and when I told him that I found the fuse box online for $200 he dropped the subject. I decided to go with my instinct and order a relay online which only cost me $16. I left and went home. Once the relay arrived at my home, I replaced it and my wiper blades were working again. Its mechanics like the ones at this place that give the good and honest mechanics a bad reputation. He almost ripped me off for $500-600 and the problem was a $16 cost. If you decide to take your car to this place, do your homework first, and get ready to get ripped off!!! And don't be fooled by the smiles, they are a bunch of thieves!
