When I approached the manager, he said it was my fault because there was too much grime on my car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHY ELSE WOULD I GO TO A CAR WASH? It cost me $350 to have the scratches repaired because of his faulty machine. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Luke Oil on Ringwood avenue. They're cheaper, and their people care!
