Wow - completely horrible!! Their machinery is breaking down and the 'scuffer' did what it was supposed to do, scuff scratches in the side of my car. When I approached the manager, he said it was my fault because there was too much grime on my car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHY ELSE WOULD I GO TO A CAR WASH? It cost me $350 to have the scratches repaired because of his faulty machine. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Luke Oil on Ringwood avenue. They're cheaper, and their people care!

They did a poor job cleaning my car and damaged it. The employee "in charge" called the owner who informed me that if they had to pay for every car they damaged he would have to charge customers more to clean their cars. He refused to be of any assistance. The car before mine and the car after also had damage and were told the same. I don't know how people like this stay in business.
