Brake repair service near Rochelle Park, NJ

My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

I took my car to this place but I have bad experience, Is a terrible service , parts are a bad quality , he said 3 days and it is really 3 weeks or more. I pick up my car and it became with other problems. He MAKES many excuses.

I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

I recently had a great experience with Colonial Service Station. I had to bring my car in for an inspection and oil change as well as a couple of other services that needed to be done on my car. Everyone there was extremely professional, diligent and courteous. They were very polite over the phone as well as in person. They followed up with me before completing the services rendered. They were concerned for the safety of their customers and provided detailed explanations of what needed to be done with my vehicle. Spent over $2,000 here... Had to go to someone else ....They used the cheapest brakes on my car, squeaked like crazy, also was informed by new mechanic that my oil was never changed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!
