Brake repair service near Rochelle Park, NJ

I took my car to this place but I have bad experience, Is a terrible service , parts are a bad quality , he said 3 days and it is really 3 weeks or more. I pick up my car and it became with other problems. He MAKES many excuses.

I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

my car was sideswiped and even though there was not much damage it looked ugly. Took it to Barrys and they did an awesome job!!! Very satisfied. Car looks great. Thank you Barry's Auto Body!!!

Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. I would never go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Amazing customer service, I was attended to immediately they are kind and curtious professional Mechanics who are dedicated to there customers. I had great experiences every time I went. A lil pricey but the job gets done. And they are also Christians like me whom I can trust telling the truth and honest. I recently had a great experience with Colonial Service Station. I had to bring my car in for an inspection and oil change as well as a couple of other services that needed to be done on my car. Everyone there was extremely professional, diligent and courteous. They were very polite over the phone as well as in person. They followed up with me before completing the services rendered. They were concerned for the safety of their customers and provided detailed explanations of what needed to be done with my vehicle. I would highly recommend Colonial Service Station to anyone who asks me what my experience was.

Spent over $2,000 here... Had to go to someone else ....They used the cheapest brakes on my car, squeaked like crazy, also was informed by new mechanic that my oil was never changed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!

Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.
