A friend told me i should try this shop that they were fair priced on many jobs. She has been going there for years. I was getting a lot of noise in my brakes so i got it in there and they checked it out and gave me a very fair price. It needed front pads and rotors and it cost me less than i was expecting. I had been taking my jeep to another shop and always felt like they were charging me way to much for everything they did. i will be using this shop from now on.

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

This was the worst experience trying to get and answer from this place! I just called to get a quote from Barnegat Bay auto care center and the guy told me that the owner was not there and he could not answer any questions then hung up the phone. So i called back to see when the owner would be available and he yelled at me and said he was working under a car and hung up again!!! I called back again and he didn't answer? I just wanted to know when to call back to get my truck in!! WOW is all i have to say about that, i will never send anyone there EVER! Good Luck with that employee.
