I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. Jim at Vernon Valley Auto Body and the guys did a FABULOUS job on my wreaked vehicle!! They went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone that needed auto repair to have them do the work. I came from thirty minutes away and would do it again if ever I needed anything fixed on my car! It was done in a very timely manner.

I have been using Sierra Auto for over 15 years. The tech (Johnny Jr.) is a ASE master tech. Really knows his stuff. They were always able to work out pricing from day one. They also stand behind their work. I would recommend them any day.

Wow - completely horrible!! Their machinery is breaking down and the 'scuffer' did what it was supposed to do, scuff scratches in the side of my car. When I approached the manager, he said it was my fault because there was too much grime on my car. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHY ELSE WOULD I GO TO A CAR WASH? It cost me $350 to have the scratches repaired because of his faulty machine. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Luke Oil on Ringwood avenue. They're cheaper, and their people care!
