Ron and everyone at Autobahn are courteous, fair and trustworthy. They've gone above and beyond, even giving me a ride home when I had none and when the work was expected to take some time. $600 Repairs to fix their mistake This review pertains to the mechanics here. After getting a car wash and seeing they were consistently busy in the garage, I decided to get an oil change, that went fine, so I returned when I was due again. This time, I asked for a transmission and brake fluid flush. The next day as I'm driving the car I notice a burning smell and find the nearest mechanic to examine it. They informed the smell was from transmission fluid leaking onto the exhaust. I took a day off of work, returned to Clean Way and explained the issue, told them to take all the time they need but to fix what they caused, and after about 90 mins they returned me the keys and said it's fixed. After driving it home and around for a bit to burn off any old fluid that may have previously spilled, letting it cool, and driving again, it was apparent the issue was not fixed. I took the car to a garage endorsed by AAA, and shockingly, there is a broken hose spewing transmission fluid, and on top of that, the trans fluid was even bubbling over, as they suspect it's the wrong type of fluid as well. The high charge for repair is because they have to drop the whole trans out to remedy this, so I'm paying all labor to fix a mistake.

Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. Had the oil changed here on a 2013 Ford Fusion. They charged $75 for the oil change because the car requires synthetic oil. Found out that a Ford dealer charges $33 for an oil change also using synthetic oil. What a rip-off - and Lube Express suggested that the oil be changed again after 3,000 miles, when the owner's manual calls for it at 7,500 mile intervals. What a disgrace - they expect a customer to spend $75 for an oil change every 3,000 miles. These theives have lost a customer.
