Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. I had a very rude experience with Russ the owner. Charged for repairs that were never done to my car. Returned several time for follow ups to the same problems only to receive an annoyed answers from him and no further actions on their part. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!

I paid to have windshield whiter fluid tank fixed, and you didn't. I scheduled appointment to fix and you cancelled it.
