L & J Motors is the only auto repair shop in Jersey that has worked on my Bimmer since bringing it over from California. I'm very picky in regards to who works on my cars, but I find this place--like another reviewer--to be reliable and honest in their services. After my experience here, I would certainly recommend this auto repair shop to other European vehicle owners.

They are amazing mechanics. I don't think anyone can ever match their experience. They hear one awkward sound from my car and they automatically know what is wrong with it without even opening it yet. And it's all done at reasonable price as well. Ask for Albert. He's the best.

In June of 2012 I had my A/C serviced there. They quoted me under $100 but the total bell came to $145. They overcharged the A/C which made the compressor come on and off all the time. When I called them, I was told it was normal. Took the car to another garage and had the same service done again but this time for only $60. Confirmed that George's garage had put significantly more fluid into the system (1.8 pounds rather than the maximum of 1.18 pounds). When I called to complain and ask for a refund, I was told that I should I have brought the car back there and no refund. I would never take my car there again. The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait.
