Xpress Lube used a Kia filter on my Toyota. I have had my oil changed by Xpress Lube for several years. Recently they installed the wrong filter on my car. The oil filter literally fell off the car after driving several miles. Although the owner Dave Bennett declined to help my wife who was stranded on the highway due to lack of time he found the time to look in the bushes for filter. When he found the filter he refused to return my property to me. He claimed the filter must have been defective therefore he had no liability. Bosch the manufacturer of the filter explained why the filter fell off and said that they specifically do not allow such a substitution. Mr. Bennett declined requests to refund me the cost of the oil change and road service charges. He has only offered to have the engine externally inspected by his friend at a local shop. Bosch has recommended an exhaustive internal inspection of the engine due to loss of oil when the filter fell off.

I have been bringing my car here for years. Honestly , I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car either. Tony and Scott are probably the best mechanics I know. There is virtually nothing they can not do. They are the real thing. If I were to buy a car I would bring it to them to inspect because they can tell many things about a car that the average individual would miss. If you really have a problem with your car they will figure it and know how to fix without all of the fuss that many mechanics can create. It's this no nonsense approach that I really like. The best part about bringing my car to T and K Auto is that I know it is going to be in good hands.

The oil change price is fair,conveinent location, takes about 40 mins to get your oil change done. The only real negative is with every car I seen them service, they find additional work that needs to be done to the car and they are hard sell about it. I can only speak for myself, when I waited for the oil change 6 people were in the waiting room when I arrived, they spoke to all 6 about additional work needed. When they came to me, I declined the work (they stated additional fluids needed changing- interesting thing is I had those fluids changed 3 months ago, not by them, and I know it was done) After I declined the additional service I was told the car would be ready shortly, 10 mins later the car was not done but they spoke to me again about the fluids being changed. They brought with them a bottle of dirty fluid this time, was it mine? Who knows but I doubt it. I will not go back to this place which is a shame. They used to be a great place to get your oil change done.

I have been using Sierra Auto for over 15 years. The tech (Johnny Jr.) is a ASE master tech. Really knows his stuff. They were always able to work out pricing from day one. They also stand behind their work. I would recommend them any day.
