Time length but great work

I had a problem with my 2018 Audi where my "check engine" , cruise control, and traction light kept flashing. Very helpful Dylan at front desk, Josh ( mechanic) was informative. He did not charge me at the end of the diagnosis, solved the issue. I recommend these techs to everyone. But especially to those who do not know much about Audi's and do not want to be taken for an (expensive) ride.

Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a new clutch when I got it back the 4wd was not working. They clam not to have anything to do with not working but it worked for me the week I brought the truck in for the clutch. Just stop working not their fault they said so I would have to pay to get it fix. They charged me $600 for a part I could get from a part supplier for $250-- charge me $1000 for the repair on top of the $1600 for the clutch. I trusted them and boy did I pay for it. they had my truck for over ten day thanks guys

If you are looking for an honest mechanic- look no further. John Leuzzi is the best of the best and that is rare these days with mechanics. He has done a ton of work for me and every time it's on point with the price- what I like the most is he takes his time and gets it done right the first time around. Not only is he extremely friendly and a nice guy his work is great. American or foreign vehicles, he is the guy to work with. I will never use another Mechanic. Quality work, great guy. If you use him for work you will never regret it and you will always be a happy satisfied customer.

My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

Andrew has always treated me fairly. He'll tell you what must be fixed and what can wait. His pricing is extremely competitive compared to other auto service places in Medford. He's got a good team and it's the only place I go for my cars.
