Been doing business with Charlie for many years now and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Workers have bad attitudes! Always on the phones texting or updating social media profiles looking spaced out. Waited at the counter for 25 minutes before I was acknowledged, I walked away and glad I did after reading all the comments and reviews!!!

I love this place. Robert has saved me so much $$$. I work in the area and I stopped in for advice. The owner offered to take a look and long story short, in 10 minutes he figured out what was wrong. My usual repair place looked at it and said it wasn't worth fixing and quoted me $2,000. Robert fixed it the next day while I was at work and even picked me up. It was $350 and my car is still running good. THANKS ROBERT!!
