Ac and heating repair service near West Orange, NJ

My sister had new tires installed yesterday 12/14. She picked up the car today 12/15 and on the way home her left front wheel flew off. We called the police so they could see what happened. Apparently those morons forgot to tighten the lug nuts. Obviously there's damage to the car. The brake rotor , fender, wheel studs etc. I've know this idiot for a long time. Trust me when I tell you the excuses are going to fly. He never owns up to anything and it's always someone else's fault. If you still go there after you read this it's your own fault.

Mr. JUNIOR GENAO, the sales representative, has helped me tremendously; he was convincing but not pushy. I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. They actually damage my new car BEFORE delivery. They have my deposit that I tried to get back but can't since I sign their contract. Now car is still unfixed and my sales person do not return my phone calls and messages. Other managers do not respond as well. And the GENERAL MANAGER IS ALWAYS ON MEETING. How is it possible?

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. charged for repairs they did not complete, lft with damages and the "GUranty" isn't worth the paper it's written on. Shoddy, dishonest.

I moved to NJ after living in WI for 34 years leaving behind my go-to mechanic (since I was legal on the road) that I could trust with any car/truck problem. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)
