After having some not so good experiences at a few Jiffy Lube locations to do my oil changes I'm so glad I found Meineke! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable I always feel like they have my best interest in mind and not trying to sell me things I don't need. Meineke always has mailer coupons in the RJ magazine for oil changes, I usually can't take advantage on those because my car uses synthetic but I always walk away happy and feel like I'm in good hands!

Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliable shop in my area. I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M. My 2002 Nissan quest runs better than when I first bought it 4 years ago, after being repaired at Master Automotive. We have been coming to German Motors since 1998 when it was owned by another owner. In approximately 2000+ Daniel purchased German and we continued to bring our cars here. Over the years we have had three Mercedes serviced, diagnosed, repaired here at German, and the thing that keeps us coming back is the honesty and integrity of the shop. Never have we felt we were treated unfairly, nor have we ever experienced what we felt to be unnecessary charges tacked onto our bill. Greg, one of the Service Representatives, is a trusted representative for the Company, who we trust implicitly to give us the straight scoop when we bring a vehicle to the Shop. We honestly have nothing but good things to say about German Motors and will continue to be a customer of theirs with our vehicles.

It wasn't my week-or two. Was home alone with my kids and had heard a hissing the night before and woke up Sunday and just went about household chores then was set to go out at 4:45 and my tire was as flat as can be. I have StateFarm so I called them and they had two places they wanted to tow me to and I said no as both were like 1.9 star rated online, I found this number and they told me if I chose this I'd have to pay for towing (completely wrong point was he comes to me). So I hung up called him was a bit cautious at first as I saw no reviews but I let him come out-he made it in 2 hours. He found the culprit of my flat and did a permanent fix. I went to Audio Express to price out new speakers, stereo and window tint. As a girl, I always feel like whenever I go to buy anything for my car, I'm going to get taken advantage of, however Audio Express was not like that at all. My salesman was not a high pressure sales kind of guy and that made me much more comfortable as a consumer. They will not sell you something you things you don't need just to make money off of you either. I also needed a harnessing kit that was not in stock, and they ordered it immediately while I was at the store. Their customer service is tops, and I will recommend Audio Express to anyone and everyone.

Great service and great value! Those guys really take care of my truck. I'm a single mother and I feel they are very honest and trustworthy!
