After having some not so good experiences at a few Jiffy Lube locations to do my oil changes I'm so glad I found Meineke! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable I always feel like they have my best interest in mind and not trying to sell me things I don't need. Meineke always has mailer coupons in the RJ magazine for oil changes, I usually can't take advantage on those because my car uses synthetic but I always walk away happy and feel like I'm in good hands!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Purchased a groupon that would expire the same day and went in to Auto Tech well over an hour before they're supposed closing time. The man behind the desk was extremely rude and told me they could not do an oil change because everyone had gone home, and did not apologize.
