I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.

TO COMPLAIN ABOUT REDOING OR CORRECTING THE CHIPS OR PEELING PAINT IS POINTLESS... I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO TAKE THE CHANCE WITH STAR AUTO MECHANIC/BIG STAR AUTO(SAME COMPANY, SAME PROBLEMS, SAME TERRIBLE WORK)IF YOU RELY ON YOUR CAR OR IF YOU WANT THE WORK DONE PROPERLY AND EFFICIENTLY...
