I have used many shops over the years but now I will only go to Rice's - they are always fair, they know what they are doing, and maybe most importantly: honest! Truly exceptional - definitely recommended!

So your car was in an accident, go to Reilly’s Auto Collision (140 Cherry Valley Ave West Hempstead, NY 11552), IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The owner MARK’s wife PIERA is the biggest B-tch I have ever met. And when push comes to shove MARK will also show his true colors. I asked for my brand new car to be given replacement parts and was told that “of course it would”. In the end I took it to my mechanic and found out that the parts were repaired even thought the insurance estimate indicated replacement parts and over 30 hours of labor, secondary to replacing vs repairing. Well I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with the DMV. Reilly’s Auto Collision shouldn't get 1 star... DO NOT GO THERE.

I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Don't ever go to this guy he's a lier. His name is Danny. He had my car for over 1month just to paint it over n he give you a lot of excuses why he haven't done the job. The worst pice of shit I ever meeet don't wast your time or on money .
