Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

Great service and the auto repair provided was a very fair price.

Do not go to this shop. They repainted my corner bumper and had caused my doors to have weird water marks that they refuse to fix. I have a brand new BMW X 5 and my front corner bumper was scratched parked on the street one day. So I decided to have them fixed it and it was minor enough. When I pick up my car there was strange/weird water marks all over my driver side car door. They said they will fixed it. After I pick up my car second time, they did nothing about but just polished over it, and they refuse to fix it again. The bumper fix was around 260, but now to fix my doors probably over 1K.

They did a very nice job restoring the right side of my vehicle, however they are no longer located at their old 126-38 Willets Point Blvd address, but are now located at their new shop on 31-70 College Point Blvd in the College Point section of Queens, NY 11356 instead. Please update your records accordingly.

This is a great shop and the service is Excellent. I was helped by Andy and the job was done on time and very professional. The shop itself is neat..which is a plus too.
