Car detailing service near Flushing, NY

The first review was taken off this website for an unknown reason. The owner Edgar Sanchez Jr. is untruthful about the estimates he's writes, complains about not being able to work on my car because I have wheel spacers on it which his mechanics end up damaging and could not remove and which ended with my car being driven away by a stranger and items from my glovebox being stolen. Police forced him to let me inspect the car before paying his crazy repair bill which is when I found valuables missing from my car.

Got off 138st to gas up at the big bp & tried the car wash next door at 139 street. My Suv was really bad but they vacuumed it up and blew out everything. Took about 20 minutes for inside & out, but it was worth the wait!

Owner is truly a scam artist. Smells terrible when you enter the wash and the owner Andrew kim is bad. He scratched my car with his watch while cleaning and did not pay for it leave the mr t jewelry at home. Loser.

Absolutly terrible customer service. Went in for simple auxiliary port repair on my radio, a week later at promised date the owner said his guy was on vacation. Went back a week later at next promised date and he said and I quote "oh Yea what happened to that," and I have never seen my radio again or received any compensation, the radio worked perfect except the port. Hundred dollar radio essentially stolen.

I took my new car for some detailing... only to find a damage in my window on drivers side...To be exact a puncture on glass and a scratches...I asked for the phone number in order to file claim... manager Raul told me there was no number would have to sue the cooperationi.its self! After calling police, and bring upset for what seem like for ever. The price to fix unwanted damage $435... A lot of paper work involved to get money for repair back... Not letting this slide!!!!

I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

Recently had my minivan detailed after a gallon of milk leaked in my trunk. The smell was so bad that after i attempted to clean it up it still smelled awful. I then went to a different car wash and spent 65 dollars and all it did was look better, but still stunk. So i finally gave in and took it to get a complete interior detail. I was hesitant because it seemed pricey but they guaranteed the work and I even found a coupon online to save me $25. When I picked up my car I was surprised that they got the smell out completely.....not a trace of it. And better yet... they guaranteed me that the smell wont come back...and if it does within a year they will retreat it for free. I must say I was extremely satisfied with both the job and that they stand behind their work.
