Car detailing service near Garden City Park, NY

Worst detail ever! I have paid less and received better work. The cup holders were not cleaned out. The seats had sand still on them. The dashboard and CD player had dust on it and in the crevices. The seats had liquid splash marks on them and the inside of the doors were not even wiped clean...they had dust on them. When I got home I had to complete all of the above mentioned. In addition, when I lifted the seats the floor was covered in debris. They didn't even vacuum under the seats. Dot go there!

Great - just great. They act as a customer advocate, helping you navigate the bumpy path of filing an insurance claim. I had a minor fender bender, but I did not have rental insurance. 1042 went out of their way to speed up the repair so I could get my car back as quickly as possible. They are friendly, fast, and thoroughly professional. I hope I never need to go back, but if I'm ever in an accident I will absolutely go back!

The first review was taken off this website for an unknown reason. The owner Edgar Sanchez Jr. is untruthful about the estimates he's writes, complains about not being able to work on my car because I have wheel spacers on it which his mechanics end up damaging and could not remove and which ended with my car being driven away by a stranger and items from my glovebox being stolen. Police forced him to let me inspect the car before paying his crazy repair bill which is when I found valuables missing from my car.

Got off 138st to gas up at the big bp & tried the car wash next door at 139 street. My Suv was really bad but they vacuumed it up and blew out everything. Took about 20 minutes for inside & out, but it was worth the wait!

Absolutly terrible customer service. Went in for simple auxiliary port repair on my radio, a week later at promised date the owner said his guy was on vacation. Went back a week later at next promised date and he said and I quote "oh Yea what happened to that," and I have never seen my radio again or received any compensation, the radio worked perfect except the port. Hundred dollar radio essentially stolen.
