Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... My brand new Lincoln had just been driven over a small landslide caused by heavy rains. I had two flat tires and a ruined front wheel and was 300 miles from home. AAA sent Armonk Garage to help me and I was very pleased with the service. The truck arrived on time, picked up the car, my wife and I and then found the nearest Lincoln dealer. Although the dealer was some distance away the driver took us there, unloaded the car interfaced with the service people and did not charge us. He was helpful, courteous, and sympathetic.
