Car detailing service near Hilton, NY

I recently had an appointment to have my warranty rust proof inspection and to have window water shields installed. I dropped the car off the day before and had the girl at the desk write on the service ticket that the rain guards were to be installed. I also wrote this info on the service envelope. I also stated several times that I had a funeral to attend the following day and needed the car back by 2 pm. I was told that this would be no problem at all. I received the call that the car was ready and when I got there, not only was the car NOT ready but the water guards were NOT installed. I am very disappointed with the service that I have received at your facility. This is not the first time that I have been called to pick up my vehicle only to wait for 30 minutes or more for it to actually be ready. I think Ziebart is a great product but your customer service leaves alot to be desired.
