My Son highly recommended Laub’s Auto Body. He had his car repaired by Laubs in 2004. My son assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed because they do amazing work. I went down to Laubs and meant with Kevin. He checked the car and agreed to make the repairs. Kevin showed great professionalism and patience throughout the whole process by keeping me up to date on the progress of repairs. He was on point with everything. His amazing team was efficient and repaired my car as scheduled. If I ever need auto body repairs, I would definitely return to Laubs. They’re a family run business. I am a women and are usually taken advantage by mechanic. Not the case at L&S they gave me great service on time and good workman ship. their prices were better than the competition and they were very patience with me and always had patience with me. I would recommend them very highly.

This is a criminal repair shop. They performed F quality work on fixing my window after my car was broken into. More importantly, they placed ,my exhaust system with an old, rusted, broken system from a much older Toyota Rav 4. My 2010 Rav 4 now has a rusted exhaust system that is broken and makes the car sound horrible. Worse, the engine does not perform as designed. Stay away from these criminals. If you need repair work, make sure you use an in-network provider and make sure to contact the shop on a daily basis, but be aware of every single nut and bolt they touch on your car. I would file a lawsuit if I had the connections to put these criminals behind bars. I am so upset, words don't do justice. The worst part is my gf is 8 months pregnant and is stressing of this. The things some "people" do for money. They all need to be locked up.

Stay away from these guys. They don't stand behind their work. I had problems with the paint 6 months after they did the work and they wanted to charge me again to fix the mess they made. Bad, bad business.

I call this family owned business a salon, because when you get your vehicle back from any kind of repair, it looks and drives like it was the best taken care of vehicle anyone could own. Joe, the owner, personally watches over all the work being done, and never will let anything go out of his shop/Auto Salon without looking perfect. And I mean PERFECTO!!! I have been using this Authobody salon for years and won't consider bringing my vehicle anywhere else. It's Crazy! Nobody looks forward to getting into an accident! But if you do! The owner of this company is an extremely rude sexist and thief! I got in a car accident and my car was towed to this shop without my consent. I requested for the car to be towed to my normal shop (which is lovely) to be worked on instead. The owner forced me to come in person to sign to release my car. He then in person called me (a female) stupid REPEATIDLY for moving my car saying Geico was taking advantage of me and my rights, even though it was my choice to have my car moved. After being berated REPEATIDLY and signing to release my car in person I come to find out that the owner is still REFUSING to release my car unless the insurance company pays the storage for my car in person in cash (not common practice). They are refusing the check payment that was sent. This thief is still holding my car charging daily fees refusing to release it which is against NYS law. It has been over a week. BEWARE and NEVER let this man have his hands on your car.
