Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!

Bill made a personal phone call to a good friend at a Mahwah Honda Dealership, and explained my situation. This whole scenario began on a Saturday. By Monday I was driving out of that same dealership with what I now refer to as “My Miracle Car from God”, a brand new fully loaded 2014 Honda CRV with absolutely no money down. At this present time, there exist several thousand independently owned and operated auto repair shops in New York State. I call this family owned business a salon, because when you get your vehicle back from any kind of repair, it looks and drives like it was the best taken care of vehicle anyone could own. Joe, the owner, personally watches over all the work being done, and never will let anything go out of his shop/Auto Salon without looking perfect. And I mean PERFECTO!!! I have been using this Authobody salon for years and won't consider bringing my vehicle anywhere else. It's Crazy! Nobody looks forward to getting into an accident! But if you do! You will love your vehicle even more than you did after the repair than before the accident. ITS THAT GOOD. I GIVE THIS BUSINESS A AND C AUTOBODY MY PERSONAL SIGN OF APPROVAL. I have been in two accidents, one my fault (front end) and the other I was rear ended. My car looked brand new both times and the work was done quicker than expected. I returned after the first accident because I had a loose heat shield and they fixed it on the spot. When I had my second accident, instead of dealing with a third party towing company, I called Superior to tow my car directly to their shop and they answered the phone after hours and the tow guy (really funny, nice guy) showed up before the police did!! Great work, great service. It is hard for me to take negative reviews seriously when they are poorly written, bad grammar and poor spelling. This site even provides you with spell check!! I would not let anyone else work on my car.
