TWO ACCIDENT REPAIRS
I have been in two accidents, one my fault (front end) and the other I was rear ended. My car looked brand new both times and the work was done quicker than expected. I returned after the first accident because I had a loose heat shield and they fixed it on the spot. When I had my second accident, instead of dealing with a third party towing company, I called Superior to tow my car directly to their shop and they answered the phone after hours and the tow guy (really funny, nice guy) showed up before the police did!! Great work, great service. It is hard for me to take negative reviews seriously when they are poorly written, bad grammar and poor spelling. This site even provides you with spell check!! I would not let anyone else work on my car.

new condenser, grill and front bumper
They replaced the condenser on my suv and some body work(new fender and grill) looked good. However, it was winter so I couldn't test the AC, so I thought everthing was fine. Soon as I needed the AC I had a problem (2012 was hot early in May) May 31 we took it in so they could check it out, hoped it was still covered since it was basicaliy the same issue. They said most likely not since several OTHERS (coincidently) had been having the same problems and they were not covered. They would check and give us a call, Never called us . Went several times later, said the same thing and never called. We were stuck all summer with no AC. Other mechanics told us they probably did not put (enough) oil in the system which caused the condenser to fail. A few dollars saved for them is now going to cost me $1,000. Got stuck with vehicle, needed a tow caused compressor seize-up and serpentine belt snapped. NOT VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!!!

Screwed Up Door Repair
Don't trust them at all. My girlfriend brought in a brand new car with 3K miles after a small accident in a parking lot. They actually did MORE damage to the car and we had to take more time off to deal with it. Never again. Don't trust Superior Auto & Collision Center 2106 State Route 208 Montgomery, NY 12549. Mike Sr and Mike Jr will screw you. This is put out to warn full time hard working Americans from getting shafted. Good luck trying to find a decent repair shop. This ain't it!
